Collected Personal Information (Data)

Personal data is collected when you make a donation to Ivybridge Youth for Christ (YFC) via our secure online payment system or by bank standing order. It is also collected if you wish to receive regular publications from Ivybridge YFC.

We collect your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Essential banking details are also collected when a donation is made online or by Standing Order.

Use of Collected Information

In accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, personal data is retained solely for the purpose of promoting Ivybridge YFC (a charity). All personal data is deleted if it becomes clear that an individual has ceased to have interest in Ivybridge YFC.

Security & Disclosures

All personal data is stored in encrypted form on the Ivybridge YFC computer system. No personal data is published or passed to a third party.

Rights

You may instruct us by email or post at any time to remove your personal data from our database.
